This customer initally complained to us regarding slow pay from Sports.com. He was getting the runaround from Customer Service and had been waiting five weeks for a payout prior to ocntacting OSGA.
Outcome of Situation/Reason for Feedback:
Initial funds were received.

I recieved the two $2500 withdrawl requests made on 6/7/07, and am waiting on two $2500 requests they said would be sent in the "next batch of processing", Thank you for your help. I will keep you posted.
