We have gotten hundreds of calls since the NFL season started from players who were checking back in to see when they could expect to get their refunds from BETonSPORTS.We had to give them the unfortunate news that there is still no timetable for when payouts will begin.

The typical response to this news was, “So there is no change?”  On the contrary, we have been able to find that things are moving along, albeit slowly, behind the scenes at BOS, PLC.

For starters, it appears that BOS has come up with a methodology to make payouts that is in accordance with the Department of Justice in the US. Our sources tell us that the DOJ has given them a thumbs up on using checks to payout US customers. Thus, BETonSPORTS plans to make all payouts via check. 

For this to happen, BETonSPORTS will need players’ current addresses and only the name on the account will be able to take the payout. So, if you recently got divorced and the account was in your wife’s name – she is going to get the payout when money starts to flow. If you have moved or had a zip code change or gotten married and changed your last name or entered the witness protection program, you should contact BETonSPORTS at (866) 481-3057 or use the form that we have setup on our website. If the information that they have on file is incorrect or outdated, that players’ payout may be delayed.

Finally, BETonSPORTS is working to free up funds for Canadian and non-US customers who were caught in the crossfire between the DOJ and BOS. We do expect that these players will get their refunds before US citizens are paid.
